Everything about the trip exceeded our expectations. Seeing the gorillas so close up and so chilled out was amazing. The hike up the mountain was hard work but definitely worth it. I had an incredible time on our two-week trip in Uganda. The guides we met were so knowledgeable about the animals and geography. We saw so much wildlife on our trip. I took more than 2,000 photos! The gorilla trekking was the highlight of our time. But the chimpanzees and boat cruises were a close second and third. Really, the whole thing was much more than I expected. Hey guys! My trip was awesome. I saw 16 gorillas on my two gorilla treks, about 30 chimps, and countless elephants, buffalo, hippos. Only thing I missed were the lions, but oh well it gives me a reason to come back! William was a great host and took care of me very well. The lodges you put me in were breathtaking. I was also pleasantly surprised by the meals- I did not expect to eat such grand dinners. The entire country, the people, the wildlife were all beautiful as well.

This trip fulfilled a life long dream to walk with the gorillas. What a surreal experience to be on the gorilla treks. Such powerful yet gentle creatures.
